Care Instructions
Unless stated all items are 100% cotton.
To help the environment as well as keeping your Jellibabies items in tip top condition, wash your items no more than 40C wash
Blankets are backed in fleece which is 100% polyester. Please do not iron on the polyester side as this may leave a residue on your iron.
DO NOT iron your bumpers on a high heat as they are filled with polyester wadding and will melt.
Ordering and payment
I provide safe and secure on-line shopping. You can place an order directly on the website. We currently offer PayPal as the payment option for the shop but If you you wish to pay by bank Postal order or cheque please feel free

All items on this site are handmade by myself. All items are finished to a highest professional standard using only the best materials to ensure that your purchase will last and last.
Returns
If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with any of your purchases, simply return them, and I will either exchange them, or give you your money back. I can accept any returns Unless your items are personalised to your specific requirements. All I ask is that the returned goods are in a resalable condition & returned within 14 days of your receipt of them.
For your own peace of mind, please obtain proof of postage as I cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
Unfortunately, I cannot refund your cost of returning the goods to us unless they are damaged or faulty.
In which case the cost of standard second class mail will be refunded
All refunds are processed within 14 days.
